To request deletion of your TIDY UP! account and associated data, email us at tidyupgames@gmail.com. Please send the request from the same email address you used to sign in with Google.
We typically complete deletion within 3–5 business days after verifying account ownership.
- Data deleted by us (Firebase backend): email address, Firebase UID, and purchase entitlements (IAP usage rights).
- Data retained: Google Play purchase history may be retained by Google. We do not store your photos on our servers.
- Additional retention: We do not keep additional copies after deletion, unless required by law (e.g., fraud prevention or dispute resolution).
